The claim appeared in a video (archived here) published by Tiktok on July 15, 2023, under the title "The Wrath of God for the Quran Burning." It opened with text in Arabic (translated into English by Lead Stories) that says:
"A miracle in the middle of Sweden on a nudist Beach, sky is raining stones of fire, the wrath of God"
