The claim appeared in a video (archived here) where it was published on TikTok by @farah_top_trends on June 26, 2023 under the title "Live video documenting the last moments of Titan Sub victims."

Lead Stories found out that the video is not of the Titan Sub victims, but is a vlog video by American Youtuber Jake Koehler, published on his Youtube Channel @DALLMYD on June 23, 2023.
Under the caption of the video, Koehler wrote:
In this video I share my personal experience with OceanGate Expeditions during Mission III, 2023. My condolences goes out to the people who passed away and their family members.
The content published by the Youtube channel usually consists of Jake Koehler's scuba diving adventures and this particular video of him has been viewed by more than 9 million viewers by the time of writing this article.
